I have been a loyal customer of this service department for approximately eight years and have generally been happy with the service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst I’ve had. I dropped off my vehicle at 10:00 AM and received no update throughout the day. By 4:30 PM, I had to call myself to find out the status of my vehicle. I was told someone would call me back, but after waiting 15 minutes without hearing anything, I had to call again before finally receiving an update. What disappointed me th... read more
