I have been a loyal customer of this service department for approximately eight years and have generally been happy with the service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst I’ve had. I dropped off my vehicle at 10:00 AM and received no update throughout the day. By 4:30 PM, I had to call myself to find out the status of my vehicle. Today I have done my CRV oil change and tire rotation at here. The price was really good and Alan Modessa helped me a lot and explained how those works and it really helped me to understand about the car condition.Gonna comeback
