I went to the dealership to trade in my old car for a new Honda Accord Hybrid and the representative, Alex, who helped my father and I was absolutely amazing at providing quality service and listening to what we were looking for in a car. He looked after our best interests and definitely went above expectations to get the car I wanted. I am very grateful for his help and consideration for us and made the overall experience pleasant and smooth!
We had a really bad experience with the seller Sean I. Reid. We came in to sell our car and ask if someone can bring us home after since we are only 10 mins away. He said yes and after the car deal is done, he refused to bring us home. During the sale process, he is also not professional. Clement, his manager, was accommodating and gave us a better price deal and he said because you got a better deal and didn’t take the original offer, you should do an Uber home. Got oil change done on 6/27/26, they didn't properly screw in the underside cover (see photo) causing me to drive my whole trip with the metal scraping on the road. Substandard service, only friendly with words
I've been using this service center for over 8 years, and I was astounded by the poor communication that I received today! Sure, they're always more expensive than your average mechanic, but I have always felt that they made up for that in their customer service. They proved me wrong today!
