Brady was absolutely amazing! He was the best part of my experience. He kept me updated on the status of my car, he was transparent about what was happening, and always kept a positive attitude! Only reason for the 4 stars was that it was a little pricier than expected and not at all Brady's fault. So far car is running smoothly! Overall very good experience!

When the issue became apparent, rather than acknowledging the error, staff members attempted to deflect responsibility by suggesting road debris was to blame.
