Went for an oil change, waited , waited and WAITED, finally i went in to the service center, and I saw my car sitting outside and my service tech was with a lot of other service techs in a cubby laughing and pointing to a computer screen, he saw me and came out, I said is my car ready, he said yes i was just getting ready to come and get you, he gave me keys and said your all set just sign and you can go, I said these are not my keys, he said yes thy are I said no they are not, then he said oh here are your keys, 2.5 hours f... read more
