After a week of calling and leaving a VM, no one reached back out. I needed a quote for a tune up on a 2019 CRV. Finally got in contact and the lady said 1200 minimum up to 2500 just to replace valves and spark plugs! I called around to other places and have been quoted between $160-$280 and that’s for parts+labor! This place is completely unreasonable with poor customer service to match! Edit: I got a full tune up and fuel system flush for $396 at Goodyear today! Make sure ya’ll call around before settling with this place!

I am over this dealership! A few years ago when I took in my 2017 Pilot for a recall they tried to sell me a battery telling me mine was bad which it was not! This past Monday 2:10/25 called about 2 recalls on my 2023 Pilot and was told I had to schedule with a service tech who would call me back. After 2 days I called back today 2/12/25 and was now told that the parts are on back order which was why I had not been called … I don’t care just call me back.
