I had an excellent experience at Bloomington Honda Service! They did a great job on my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My service advisor, Luke, provided wonderful customer service he was helpful, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. I truly appreciate the care and attention given to my vehicle.
Very poor experience, especially disappointing during the complimentary service period. After the first oil change, there was oil residue left inside and outside the car — unacceptable for any service, let alone the first. To make matters worse, a simple oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours. This reflects a clear lack of care and efficiency. 4 hours from drop off to pickup time for a scheduled oil change is crazy. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did offer a free Uber but still… ridiculous. Kind of annoyed I purchased the maintenance plan when I bought my vehicle knowing I’m going to have to keep going here. Hope next time is faster
