Plain and simple.... they are not good at problem solving. But they can change oil and do flush services. They will mainly diagnose via computer tool, of possible issues. Replace a part, then you are back again for the same issue and being told another part needs to be changed. Not reliable.
The wait time for the oil change service with an reserved appointment was over two hours and 30 minutes. I was one of the first one to arrive and the last one to leave
Incredible Service ,Andrew is a very professional and pleasant. Honda is lucky to have him as their employee. I'm looking forward to getting my tires replaced AAA++++
