I had a leak that soaked my passenger side floor. They fixed that and did a number of other services that were required. They were very responsive and helpful and have a cool app to choose or decline services

This dealership advertises its CUDL (Credit Union Direct Lender) and they have a program that helps people with bad or no credit or low income get approved for financing. Yes I have almost no credit, but this is exactly who they are targeting with this advertising . Cut to a week later when I'm still not making any progress... i added a co-signer with great credit and then Boom- 10 minutes later there was an "offer" written on paper and presented to me in the common sales-pitch "4-square" style format. Had a great experience with Sales in December, but at our first oil change I mentioned I had two lights out and would like quotes. When I picked up my vehicle the reports said everything was in working order - which they are not. I brought this up to the manager and he just said the inspection said they were working. He did not provide me with quotes but just told me how much the labor would be to replace each light.

My experience was very good, but. I got no total receipt or credit card receipt, so I don’t know how much has been charged to my card. I wish I’d stopped to go over all the paperwork with Jose, because I couldn’t understand it when I read it alone. Thanks especially for getting me on the road by the next day!
