First time being here to get my vehicle serviced. I've made an appointment online two weeks in advance and specified that I will be needing cooling system service for 100k miles including the water pump and thermostat replaced as part of the visit. When I called the service department right after an online appointment one of the advisors that answered said parts should be in stock and not need to worry. People working in this location are definitely do and providing their best service! Would be nice if Corporate reads this message and Honda Service add a "waiting list" or "cancelation list" service and where would be possible get text message about the earliest availability, instead calling back every day and checking for availability, it's bit annoying calling back listening all robot instructions and waiting answer from agent, and agent says no spot available, total waisting time.
