Excellent experience !
First time being here to get my vehicle serviced. I've made an appointment online two weeks in advance and specified that I will be needing cooling system service for 100k miles including the water pump and thermostat replaced as part of the visit. When I called the service department right after an online appointment one of the advisors that answered said parts should be in stock and not need to worry. When I pulled up and talked to the advisor on duty, they don't normally carry the water pump, etc and will need to be order... read more
