The Lynnwood Honda team helped me through a warranty issue with one of my vehicles. They took time to help me understand a somewhat complex mechanical situation and it is likely that the way they represented my case to Honda saved me significant financial hardship.
Oil change tire rotation. They also checked battery and all fluids OK for 93.00. They seam honest so far all is good. Love my 1.8 engine been around along while.
I don't usually leave reviews at all, let alone one-star reviews, but I truly had such a horrible experience at this dealership. TLDR: I took my car elsewhere and the Kirkland dealership had no issues performing the work without cornering me financially. From the start, it was rocky customer service. I made the appointment over the phone and was told I could wait at the dealership during the AC diagnostic service.
