I don't usually leave reviews at all, let alone one-star reviews, but I truly had such a horrible experience at this dealership. TLDR: I took my car elsewhere and the Kirkland dealership had no issues performing the work without cornering me financially. From the start, it was rocky customer service. When I took my car in I had intact brake pads and had just recently gotten the front calipers, rotors and brake pads replaced at Les Schwab for $700 total. They told me my rear brake pads were getting low so I took it in to Honda Lynnwood service as I had done before. They told me when they were inspecting the brake pads one of the brake pads fell off and quoted me to replace the calipers, rotors and pads around $1400. No AC in my daughter‘s car which is covered under Honda warranty extension because of a faulty AC compressor shaft seal. This work was done in July 2023 at a dealership I’ve dealt with for 15 years. I’ve been a Honda customer and currently own seven Hondas. Never have I had an experience like this.
