We are submitting this negative review after having sadly such a horrible experience and a caution to others experiencing the same problem. We brought our Honda HRV in about a month ago due to an accelerator issue creating a massive safety concern. There was zero transparency of the process of diagnosing the vehicle. Today I took my 2025 Honda Civic in for some recall work at 7am, Van was the Service Guy assigned to my vehicle he did an excellent job and took care of my car 100% although I was pretty disappointed to see the damage that no one mentioned was done to my wheel during our appointment . My expectations from a service advisor (Gary Garcia) is to give honest recommendations with accurate pricing. They only communicate via text, so I parroted back the quote with my cost assumptions based off of a coupon I had of what services to perform including MAKE sure the coupon covers the total cost. Gary immediately responded that he mis quoted one of the items to the tune of $800, but did not correct my assumption of the coupon discount applying to the full service.
