I appreciate Beaverton Honda, they always have great customer service, usually have fresh cookies and soda, and they upgraded their coffee machine to make lattes . And if you don’t want to just sit in the waiting area (that has a fire place section, an enclosed and quiet kids zone, a TV area, and a quite work area for guests) there are also ton of stores located near by. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Honda. Do not go here! They will steal your things, then lie to you and gaslight you into thinking that they didn't. My Honda's battery had a problem so I decided to take it in but I kept my jump starter and jump starter cables just in case it broke down on the way there. First, they told me nothing was wrong with the battery and told me they needed to keep it for a few days to investigate, then kept my car for a whole week. We are submitting this negative review after having sadly such a horrible experience and a caution to others experiencing the same problem. We brought our Honda HRV in about a month ago due to an accelerator issue creating a massive safety concern. There was zero transparency of the process of diagnosing the vehicle.
