I have used Honda of Lake Jackson multiple times for both purchasing and maintenance and every time it has been a great experience. I normally use Mathew Bjune and he always does a great job in describing the piece I am buying and any maintenance questions I have. Multiple times he has helped me in fixing a problem that avoided putting it in the shop as well as helping arrange a drop off at my house. Not recommended! Used to be a great place to get service, parts, and equipment. I've scene managers of this dept. come and go. MYSELF included...ran it myself for a bit back when Robert Martinez was alive. The new guy, MATT i think.. refused me service the other day because I had my certified service animal with me (illegal in texas) because he had his child at work with him and his CHILD was allergic... even went so far as to tell me the i MYSELF would pay for his childs emergency room visit if I didn't "get the dog out"...... read more

I had an excellent experience at Honda of Lake Jackson Power Equipment. I purchased a Stihl MS182 chainsaw, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this place for quality products and top-notch service!
