From deciding on which mower I need which edger I need to service and general questions Matt and power tools have been there for me. No hassle just hustle. I bought a HUSTLER. They pick up the mower for maintenance and drop off, so convenient. Time saver for sure. Love this place.
Every single time I frequent this store, I am thoroughly helped by Matt and his crew. Not only is service second to none, but their library of knowledge is outstanding. Highly recommend giving these guys a shot if they have a piece of power equipment you are in need of, or even thinking about purchasing.
Honda of Lake Jackson Power Equipment has the best service around they always make us feel welcomed. There down home hospitality is second to none. Im the Service Dept for Pct.1 Road and Bridge. I dont trust anyone but there Service with our equipment they are honest and upfront on everything. If u get a chance u need to come by there to meet the team they have there. Thry will answer all your questions thank u Matt and your team.
Great experience.... Matt kept in touch from the 1st message to the day of the sale. Answered all questions via text. No unwanted or pushy calls. Only had 2 mowers in stock that i was interested in. Got to the dealership a week after the first contact and Matt had pulled 1 mower to the back just for us. The was no pressure to buy, knowledgeable of not just his brands but other brands as well. Most importantly no over selling or up selling.
