I had an excellent experience at Honda of Lake Jackson Power Equipment. I purchased a Stihl MS182 chainsaw, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this place for quality products and top-notch service!
The guys up at lj power equipment are one of a kind. They are friendly and nice. They treat you like family. They definitely know their products. I’ve never met anyone with the knowledge base they have on equipment. I have purchased several pieces of equipment from them. Zero turn, chainsaws, weed eaters and even a stihl vacuum for cleaning my equipment.They are an awesome group and I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

Unprofessional and lacking knowledge. As a consumer, if I take two different chains in and request new ones, a saw shop should be able to fill that request. Nothing more than number readers here. Store policy is no refunds or exchanges on chains due to the seal of the box being broken. Now that we established that, let’s get into the nitty gritty.
