If you dont want to do your job quit simple as that
I took my 2018 Honda pilot , under warranty , to get a leak in my torque converter fix, wish falls under the drive train warranty. I was told by Yesenia one of their service representatives that they found "cables disconnected in the transmission" and that voids my warranty, wish is a lie because I myself had visually inspected the transmission on several occasions and hadn't found any lose cables or signs of the transmission or engine been work on. They only order parts when you pay them and you have to pay in person. Just what I wanted to drive and use more gas TWICE. no thanks ill just order it from online. Garbage tier service.
