I had to replace a key that was breaking. I'm not a fan of how expensive everything has become. The parts team went above and beyond to make it so I just had to replace my casing and not the whole key with the chip. They were very helpful and kind to work with. Made sure everything was working correctly and took extra time to trouble shoot with me.
I have been impressed with the service from the parts department team. Victor (and I wish I caught the lady's name) were quick, kind, and accurate. The prices were also competitive compared to auto parts stores.
Very knowledgeable parts department. Was ordering parts to do a head gasket replacement on an 2001 Civic and the counterperson suggested a few additional pieces that typically are needed. Guess what, sure enough when I tore into it those parts were bad and it was very nice to have them on hand vs another trip to the counter!
Antonio was absolutely amazing. Made our car buying experience super easy and he was a pleasure to work with. 10/10 would buy from him again.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Although they are the honda dealership they did not have the Honda part needed nor offered to order it in.
