When purchasing my new car at Gunn Honda we received free oil change and tire rotation for the first two years or 24,000. Wow awesome! Now at 34,000 miles I took my Honda Odyessy for a tire rotation at Costco and was told they could not rotate them because the front tires are bald and have never been rotated. So I guess Gunn Honda Service Department lied to me that the tires were rotated. Now I’m stuck paying $1000 for new tires at 34,000 miles. DONT TRUST THEM.
