Whole used car purchase experience was a fantastic experience. My wife and I both recently purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot Elite. Vehicle had all major maintenance done before it was even posted for sale, including fluid changes and timing belt/water pump. Vehicle was thoroughly cleaned for the sale and was priced very fairly. Windshield did need a replacement but that was already ordered and on its way to the shop. By the end of the week I already had a gentleman calling me to schedule a time to get the windshield on. My experience so far with AutoNation Honda has been exceptional. Everybody i have delt with has been top rate.
My experience at this dealership was nothing short of fantastic. They were extremely busy the day I went to look at cars but David was so kind and attentive even though he was working with several customers at the same time. I ended up having to go back the next day to finish the process but let me say, that in itself was also fantastic because David was not going to be there so I was told they would finish the process and someone would call me the next day. Let start by saying the experience started off rocky but when I tell you the sales manager Michael and Cole (I believe the GM) went above and beyond to make us happy no exaggerations. Cameron was great, his attention to detail on what you’re looking for is wicked good despite being relatively new. 5 stars Cameron. Next Hunter in finance was nothing short of amazing.
