I bought my car 2 years ago and the buying process was amazing. Absolutely love my vehicle. When going through the financing section the gentleman that helped me said that I would be able to cancel them at anytime. In February of 2026, I went in and filled out all of the paperwork to cancel and they told me the process would take 4-6 weeks to complete. It is now SIX months later and the Finance Manager who is generally very pleasant is full of empty promises and no follow through and is now no longer responding to my message... read more
