I bring my Honda Pilot in to get the timing belt and pump replaced. After service I am guaranteed 200,000 extra miles on the vehicle. Within 24 hours I find myself having to tow my vehicle to a shop due to what I thought was an alternator issues. It turns out it wasn't the alternator at all. I was the serpentine belt being loose and not powering the alternator at all. Turns out the nut under the tensioner was not tighten which lead to the bolt breaking in half. It was a pleasure working with Sam Nemri.
They did my honda key fob lifetime warranty and now is not working i went back to tell them to fix it but they are saying not key fob has warranty only they key that is,not absolutely true, broken promise. They don't keep there word. That is not the way make a business I am so disappointed the way threat me. I don't recommend those dealers.
Sterling is top notch! You can tell he cares about what he does and enjoys taking care of customers. I was waiting my turn to pick up my vehicle & he was the sweetest when he was assisting an elderly customer assuring that they would check everything too to bottom in her vehicle, which you could tell put her at ease. That’s the kind of service and kindness that will definitely bring me back for servicing my vehicle. Sterling deserves lot of wonderful recognition for his professionalism
