Had an amazing experience at this locations service center. I had a fairly significant amount of service/maintenance performed on my 2016 Pilot. My service rep was Michael, and he was courtious, professional, followed up on all my questions, and followed through on everything I asked about. As usual, the cost is high at the dealer, but if you want quality parts installed by someone that works on Honda's every day, sometimes it makes sense to spend the extra money for the peace of mind.
