Bought a truck in January and never got any paperwork. I kept requesting to see it, they said it would be mailed. The financed amount was significantly more than purchase price (and I put a down payment of more than half the vehicle) and when I questioned the amount, I was told by finance dept that it was “the interest” and I said that wasn’t how interest works. This was probably the best “buying a car” experience I have had to date. Zach was a gentleman and very polite. He even gave my kids some Hot Wheels. We really appreciate all the help from Zach, Nate, and Chad. They were informative and easy to talk to. It was nice to have answers to all my questions. I would definitely recommend them!

The salesman was nice, matter of fact, everyone was nice until the paper work was done and I drove the van off the lot. After that I could not get anyone to answer my phone calls. I called 7 times to get a simple question answered. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call back. Finally after me cussing and raving I went over their heads and got it answered. I live 400 miles away from the dealership, but they had the only red van I could find, was with them. They were all your best of friends until the deal is done. Never again
