Their service department is great, I've had nothing but good experiences in the past. After what happened today though, I have to lower to 3 stars instead of 5. I moved about 1.5 hours away from Watertown recently, but have to make the drive to the Honda dealership there for any repairs to be covered since I bought the extended warranty through them. Waste of Money! I had some Break system lights go off on my Honda, and it was making funny noises. I called around to try to find a place with a low Diagnostic fee. Although Honda of Watertown's fee was the highest, the receptionist told me that I can put the $230 towards repairs if I decide to have them done there. When I dropped off the car I verified this again with the Technician and he confirmed. When it was all said and done, I needed a new camera (not necessary repair) that was close to $2k..
