I was pleasantly surprised with my most recent service. There were some odd things happening with my car, and the Service Technicians were able to explain everything. They were also helpful in bringing my daughter to her daycare. They were courteous, friendly, answered all of my questions in detail, and were efficient - having us back on the road quickly! I will continue to bring my car here for service. Thank you!
Service staff is always friendly and responsive. They don’t try to up sell and give accurate return times. I’ve had great service there and Tim Godinho is excellent!
No issue with Honda as a car, but at this location the sales and finance team are not on same sheet of music. Was told a few things by sales that ended up not being true, resulting in a canceled purchase. I lost two days trying to make the sale work. Had I been told the truth from the beginning the experience would have not resulted in wasted time and a poor review.
