Had the BEST experience working with Aylin, Rafael, Will, and Brian purchasing my 2013 Honda Civic. They took great care of me and now I have a safe, budget friendly car that I LOVE! Like most other people that have bad reviews I am still waiting for my trade in to be paid off it has now been three months and I still have not received my registration or license plates. I also cannot get anyone to get back to me, after constant emailing, texting, calling, and chatting on their website. This is pretty much the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
It’s been 5 months since we bought the car and still waiting on our registration with the correct vin #. We were told it was escalated to the GM LOC TROUNG and they gave us his wrong email and no one has contacted us. We dealt with Patrick McDonnell and he keeps saying he is trying his best to get it fixed . To this day I haven’t heard from the gm. This is the worst place ever to buy a car. They convinced us to finance with them and then they never completed the process and never informed us. We bought a car in May and were never notified that they still needed information from us. The temporary license plates expire this month and they obviously haven’t sent anything to the DMV or Andrews bank since there is no loan in place. Horrible customer service been over a month since I traded for a 2019 Honda Accord and my old car still has not been paid off. Charles Warren and Charles Pierce are probably the worst people I have ever dealt with purchasing/trading a vehicle. Do not waste your time going here. They always say we are working on it but nothing ever gets resolved.
Terrible service. They don’t care about customers and known service issues. not return calls when promised and repeated fail. Honda of Chantilly rocks on the other hand! They had my vehicle in their possession for maintenance and did not even notice that there was a safety recall. Ryan Parton promised to follow up in specific time frames and did not call me back. Only after I reached back out did he say “he was meaning to call me”. Their phone system hangs up on people inadvertently. I could go on and on.
Walked in with competitor’s price, Jim & Jimmy beat it, asked if I was happy, and then reduced it again. We drove off in exactly the vehicle my husband wanted and the price we wanted to pay. Couldn’t be happier with the buying experience ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
