WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I bought a used car-as is, that broke down after 2.5 months. Went to a mechanic that said repair would be between 8 and 12 THOUSAND dollars. By making sure employees know when an advertised vehicle has sold. I was encouraged to make an appointment and assured the vehicle of interest was still available. I was told on arrival there it was not. Unacceptable customer treatment and a complete waste of time

4/22/2020 Update - I sent a certified letter to Dan Nichols explaining the situation. The certified letter was signed by Latricia H on February 5, 2020. I’ve never heard back from Dan Nichols or the dealership. how about caring about your customer after they pay you tens of thousands of dollars?
I purchased 2020 Honda Odyssey EXL on Nov 2019 with OTD price $36500. After days that I realized they gave me 4.89% APR with Bank of America, not Honda Financial. WTF. BTW my rep name is Steven, their finance department sucks. If you want buy car from them, need to open your eyes, do not let them foolish you.
