From GSM Michael Flores being so hands-on during my deal, to working with Salespersons Baidy and Donald, and my Finance Manager Zach I truly enjoyed my car buying experience! The facility and the people are outstanding. From the moment I walked in the front door to meeting the gentlemen in the Service area, I felt taken care of. Their garage is climate controlled for the comfort of their technicians and was spotless! Plus, I really appreciated that they stay open late to accommodate all schedules. Highly recommend!
Great experience buying my first EV car. The staff were knowledgeable on the specifics of buying an ev and the incentives being offered. Keelan was my sales guy, but all the team I interacted with were excellent. Of course there's some negotiaton at a dealership but I appreciate they don't try to pull any fast ones along the way. Just honest numbers on paper.
Great people amazing customer service I loved the car I have had it for 3 weeks, however to be honest I went through a rainstorm today and I did not feel safe at all these small light hail did so much dent and going through puddle I felt like water was going up the car I was having hard time steering. The wind wasn't that strong I felt I was waving. I was so scared I was calling a friend crying. With all the cars I own I never felt so light and w all the dents so soft
