I am very happy with the person named Gonzalo Hernandez who helped me with my concern since many month ago about fuse box cover, for many month I was asking to the Service Department and no one helped me. We shopped at a lot of places in Houston for this purchase and bought our Pilot at Honda of Tomball. They are one of the few dealerships in Houston that don’t add annoying dealer add-ons and they had the lowest price. Lance was our salesman and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared. I will definitely go back and ask for Lance the next time we are buying a vehicle.
