I only put one star because I had to to submit this review otherwise there would be no stars. I Took my rancher 350 to them. Keep in mind that the bike had been inspected by another mechanic top to bottom. I took it to them because I figured they could get parts quicker and easier. They told me that mice had chewed some wires and I needed a new wire harness that would cost me $550 including labor and tried to convince me that there were other problems and they needed to proceed further which was going to cost more money. Not happy. Bike I was interested in had been there since October last year... Showed interest and was delayed a week in financing. Eric said he would call me for a deposit which he never did. When I got my financing sorted out went back to get bike- Eric had sold it. No customer interest. No trust.
Failure on sale and all around - Eric thought is best to lie and jockey around price, sorry I will pay more somewhere else if need be than deal with that kind of BS. One price in email, one on phone, another in person.
