TERRIBLE!!! – I have had the worst experience ever with Honda of Sumner!! I bought my last two cars at different honda dealers with no issues at all. Last month I traded in my odyssey for a newer one. After I sign the paperwork I was told they only had a valet key for the odyssey I was buying. Then they said they would give me a new key with a fob. I was told to come back the next day to have it made.
