3rd time using service here. Always greeted with great service. Diana the service advisor is very helpful and clear in his recommendations. Straightforward honest and helpful. What else more can you ask for someone who remembers that they helped you before
I went to Honda of Stevens Creek service center to have my accord serviced for the scheduled maintenance. I have Valentin as my service agent, and he was fantastic! He promptly got my car in their system, checked the tires, took photo to record the car condition, and had them working on it right away. The service time was less than expected, and before I knew it he texted me to let me know if was done. I'll bring my car back next time, and will definitely as for Valentin!
Lucas Lu, explained to me what the possibilities of the warnings in my car can be, and during service he updated me promptly the issue with car and as promised the car was serviced earlier than I expected. Lucas was proper and professional in his approach.
Lucas gave outstanding service and was very fast. I was in and out in less than an hour for my oil change!
