Came in for an oil change. I was told tire rotation was complimentary as part of their service, but that’s not true. I should’ve checked the full receipt sooner, but it’s disappointing to find out I’ve been paying for something I was told was included. I purchased my tires at American Tire, and they offer free tire rotations. I’ll be going there from now on.
This remains our "go to" place for routine maintenance of all our Honda vehicles. Extremely quick service, a very comfy, cozy lobby with free and delicious coffee, along with the ability to work remotely on your laptop. An amazing service advisor Mrs. Mandy Silver who continues to provide us with OUTSTANDING customer service.
