Hello. I have been driving my 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport for nine months; it has 45,000 miles on it. Suddenly, it threw an electronic error, so I pulled over, but it wouldn't start. I sought help from Honda, but no one was able to assist me—I never imagined a car would break down like this after such a short time and mileage. taking a star off for poor time management on an oil change. the staff are nice and super helpful BUT they need to be better at communicating how long it will take to get an oil change. i had an appointment and brought in my car, filled out a bunch of forms, signed papers, had the car inspected, gave my keys, only then did they say there will be a few HOURS wait. Do not come to this place, cannot be trusted. I been coming here for years because I wanted my car to get all its work done in one place and for me, who dont know much about cars, i wanted to go to a place that i can trust, but after today, I wont be coming back. I don't have a Honda but every single time I've taken my mother's car to be serviced there, I've had to bring it back multiple times. First time was when they did an oil change and the oil wasn't even changed. They claimed that they just needed to reset the car light but then when I picked up the vehicle they told me well it had already been a couple of weeks since the oil change so we changed it again anyways.
