Terrible experience! Do NOT use if you are military or a veteran. They are CLUELESS. Messed up paperwork twice. Check everything cause these guys will mess it up. They even adjusted my down payment without even discussing with me. Wouldn’t give a full tank of gas because it’s not “they’re policy”. The finance department is clueless on dealing with any veteran tax rebates. Said they would file the paperwork I had to produce for them. $431.54 to change 4 spark plugs on a Honda Element is absurd ($111.56 for the plugs + $290 labor + $29.98 for “Environmental Waste Disposal and Shop Supplies for Repair”). And they make no apologies. Forced to choose 1 star, but should be zero.
