Don't recommend going at all if you want to wait almost 3 hours for a damn oil change wth zero stars first and definitely last time ever never ever going back, car was ready and no one said nothing garbage place dont go
Do not buy any "protection plans" from this company. They will go out of their way not to honor them. I have the full protection plan covering all work including oil changes and tire road hazards, and every single time I've come in, they've tried their best to find some way not to honor it.
After calling and repeatedly being assured that my tires would be covered under their replacement plan, they waited until after all the work was done to change their minds. Now only one tire is covered - the one they charged me to fix awhile back but the fix "didn't hold." The other tires, despite needing replacements, suddenly aren't covered anymore. I was literally told that I should go puncture the tires myself, then come back so they're covered.
15 mins was the only car there. Not even acknowledged
Purchased parts. Very friendly staff and helpful.
