Disappointed that I couldn't get service assistance without an appointment.
Jay (Joshua) is an excellent advisor. He explained things thoroughly, and patiently answered all of my questions. He is personable, respectful and professional. He even picked me up as the shuttle service had closed. I had a very positive experience at Honda!
Jay was nice and gave details explanation. However, the brake rotor resurfacing and pads replacement (for only one axel) took over 4 hours from time of arrival. At 2 hour mark, was told what the repair options were, and 2 hours later still I’m waiting. Their website said shuttle would be available however was told by the cashier it would only take you home or work. There weren’t even many customers and I had an appointment scheduled in advance. Most likely won’t come back due to super long wait time
Honest,professional,and fair. Great place for service
This place will try to steal your money, and I will never be going back. Worst service department caught in real time. They took my transmission fill plug out of my car, sent me a photo of it out, and tried to charge me $140 for a new one. I get my car back and in the parking lot I open the hood and it’s there.
