We bought our civic from here years ago. We took it in for service today. It was supposed to take 60-90 minutes and cost around $100. They said she should get new brake pads and resurface the rotors for an extra $400. She was hesitant but agreed. After 3 hours they came back to her and informed her that they can't resurface the rotors and have to replace them. I went in today for an extended warranty repair for my ac. They did a great job on my Honda Civic 2018 and my ac is now up and running perfectly. And to top it off, it was completely free!
