I worked with a guy name Jonathan. It’s great to see good old fashion customer service. Due to his patience and understanding I walked away with my dream car. Thanks Jonathan for your help and understanding I would recommend anyone to ask for him when you walk in the door.
Oakland Honda was great, we live way far away in Humboldt and shopped around several NorCal Honda locations and Oakland and Syed got us the best price for what we were looking for. They did this for us exclusively over the phone and then delivered the car to us and picked up our previous lease. Everyone we spoke too was polite and professional. This week a series of unforseen events has had me come into the Honda Service Center more than I want to. So overpriced! I went here only a few times when I HAD to - I'm so annoyed with them, I have asked them to stop contacting me since FEB 2023 - it is now AUG 2025 and they will not stop calling and texting me no matter how many times I tell them to stop. I DONT EVEN HAVE THE CAR ANYMORE PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE
