This is our 4th car from Honda Oakland and we’ve had the best experience thus far especially with salesperson Julie Nguyen. Shawn helped us with the lease paperwork and the entire transaction was probably the fastest I’ve experienced. Went in for diagnostics over 3 trips for what turned out to be a bad BCM. Once they found the problem, they declared it unsafe to drive, even though I had just driven it there, refusing to reset it by pulling the battery so I could drive it home and get it fixed. They held my car hostage, forcing me to either have it towed or get it fixed for $2400. I had a 7 year warranty and it was 10k miles over the 70k limit at 5 years. I could have gotten it fixed for about $400.
