Honda is the place to go!!!!! Nothing like having a Honda place back in Catawba County. Ride red or don’t ride nothing at all!!!! Depending on how old you are JE Honda use to be the place to go, well once Honda of North Carolina came to town it has blown it out of the water. A week before purchasing CRF250L, me & my wife stopped by to look at the Talons. Rebecca came out as we were looking & was very informative on machines. We went inside to look at a few other models as well. When we were ready to leave, I happen to spot the CRF & decided to come back following week to purchase! My experience with Honda of NC was nothing short of excellent. I happened to find the bike I was looking for, not even a Honda by the way, on the website and after calling to inquire about the the bike, Brandy helped me out and was a champ through the process of my purchase. Hands down worst dealership I've ever dealt with!! Service and customer service. Paid $128 to get my bike diagnosed. l get a call saying its gonna be double the price to find out whats wrong and they still want the $128 even tho they havent "diagnosed" anything!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!!!
Drive almost 2 hours to buy a sxs for my kid after calling only to get there and find out it was sold
