I’ve used this dealership for service twice, and unfortunately I’ve had significant issues both times. During my first visit, my vehicle sustained damage to the undercarriage while in their care. I had to push to have the car inspected on a lift before the damage was acknowledged and repaired. On my most recent visit, I brought my 2017 Honda Accord (~60k miles) in for routine maintenance. I hate this place! They always take an ungodly amount of time. Today I waited over three hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel injection service. I asked at 2.5 hours in because I could see my car sitting still waiting and they told me it would be 30 minutes after which I saw them pull my car around. It still took another hour after that and the guy we were working with originally, ran off to lunch so he didn’t have to deal with us knowing we were irritated.
