Absolute worst customer service experiences at any shop I’ve been to. The service reps don’t listen to customer concerns or actual issues. Instead they over promise on timeline for addressing issues and then just appear to throw parts repairs out there to say the problem is solved. I purchased a new car here and the salesman was great but the service team is terrible. My first visit since I bought my CRV. Dustin was wonderful!! He took care of my service and spent a good deal of time helping me resolve an issue I was having with my hands free phone link.
Arrived early to have a problem looked at. Was greeted immediately and my issue addressed fairly quickly. Truck was washed and vacuumed to boot!
Since ive been here in Nashville, this is the only place I've taken my honda. The staff have always been professional, and go above and beyond with information and courtesy. I appreciate that.
