I decided I wanted to replace my 2019 Honda CRV with a 2025 CRV. I started out online and quickly got a call from Louis Spencer. Right away, I felt comfortable with him. Not aggressive or pushy. The sale was an easy give and take on both sides, so I didn't want to pull my hair out with stress. Thank you for that, Louis. It was nice to be able to accomplish some of the sales via phone. I had service today and was very impressed with Terrance and his help with my vehicle repairs. He was very pleasant and I feel that he gave me a square deal.
