I took my Honda Civic to the dealer for an oil change. After the service, the car started making a noise, dragging on the floor. When I got home, I discovered they had forgotten to reattach the bottom cover. I had to go back to the dealer to get it fixed. They didn’t apologize initially but did so only after I questioned how such an oversight could happen. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY FOR ANY RECALLS. I was scheduled last week to fix my recall concerns, mind you I have waited over 3 months for this appointment. Nobody told me you aren’t supposed to have a lot of gas in your tank when dealing with a fuel pump fix. I got there on time just to be told it can’t be fixed as my car will smell of gas with a near full tank, but they could squeeze me in the following week.
