bought new 2024 Honda crf450rl from this place and went to drop off for first oil change and they tried to charge me over 3 hundred dollars! the bike holds less than 2 quarts of conventional motorcycle oil. I feel like they are taking advantage of their customers with this insane price gouging! the last brand new off showroom floor Honda motorcycle I bought the first service was free as it should be. shady practice over there, Buyer Beware!!!!!
If you want to be taken advantage of when buying a motorcycle, then having it converted to a trike, then, by all means, go to Honda of Melbourne. If not, then RUN AWAY. . .FAST! Though we were told it would, "Take 8 weeks to convert your bike to a trike", it took 17 weeks and 4 days. They blamed it on California Side Car. We apologize for the experience you have described with the delay in conversion, as well as the return of unused parts, but respectfully must disagree that our business is running a "Legal Chop Shop." General Manager, ************ indicated when asked about your complaint that of the 100+ trikes that have been converted, no one has asked for the parts that were taken off their bikes or we would have stored them and gladly returned them to any customer that had requested them, including yourself.
Dont trust this place. Still getting toll bills for something traded in almost a year ago.
Terrible place. Sold me a Nissan and I purchased the extended warranty that covered transmission. They say they don't work on Nissan transmissions and won't send it out. They're flat out refusing to honor their warranty. Avoid this place! They'll say anything to get the sake turn do nothing after. They even got me on their tire warranty. They'll sell you the world and give you excuses

👎👎👎👎👎Broke my vehicle and is claiming "coincidence". I literally drove it an hour to get there with no problems. What should have been two days long diagnostics and maintenance turned into a month of them not returning calls on time, and ultimately having to deliver my vehicle broken. They offered to pick it back up and CHARGE me to fix what THEY broke! 👎👎👎👎👎
I got my Honda Pioneer 500 from Honda of Melbourne a few months ago. The salesman Tracy is great help me out a lot. I had one issue with the SXS. They took care of the problem. Thank you Frank.
