Jeff Williams and his team are the best in the biz!
While I have "no choice" about agreeing to pay your "full MSRP" for repairs; I do "have choice" about where I spend my dollars for those repairs! I find it insulting that you want to ADD THREE PERCENT if I chose to pay with my credit card! I asked to speak with the finance director on my last visit and was told there was no such person, BS! I was allowed to speak with a "car finance person instead; not five star service! Leaves a bad taste in my mouth; maybe just me; but, I doubt it's so! Honda of Lincoln is great! The service department is top notch, convenient and a is a great resource to keep my Honda in top shape. Five stars all the way.
They are very knowledgeable and helpful and treated us fairly
Sales man didn’t know or understand any of the finance when I bought my pilot from them. Most people couldn’t seem to care less that I was there and I actively had to seek out a salesman. Then, brought my car in for an oil change and also waited a while to get helped even though I had an appointment. Service did go really quick though
