Day 1: my 11-year-old Fit needed diagnosis that my local mechanic was not equipped to do. Day 2: Honda of Keene diagnosed the problem while I read in their air-conditioned waiting room. Day 3: Honda of Keene replaced the failing electrical part while I read in their nice, cool waiting room. Maxx was a cheerful and helpful service advisor. I didn't meet the mechanic, but they did good work on my previous Fit. Very satisfied!
