A pleasant experience for buying a car. Got exactly what I wanted.
My husband and I had an amazing experience with our salesman Cayden Nutgrass. He was so patient, informative, helpful and not pushy. We were in Springfield for a family members wake and our car was acting up and it ended up that we needed a new engine. We weren’t going to spend $10,000 for an engine so we had to get a car and we were 3 hours from home. Worst experience ever! Took my Honda van to them and it sits there for over a month. My van has 2 major recalls dealing with the fuel pump system and engine and they would NOT fix the recall and claimed parts would take several months to order (which was a lie). When I brought the loaner car back, they ruthlessly stated I damaged it (another lie) and then threatened to call the police because what WAS supposed to be fixed (the A/C) still wasn’t working and blew hot air even after then charging a diag fee and installing 2 blo... read more
