Honda Greenbelt has become such an impersonal place to have your car repaired! I will no longer be taking my car to Honda Greenbelt for repairs. I have been a loyal Honda customer since I bought my 2019 Honda Insight. My air conditioning in my car stopped working when I was driving south, and I had to get the refrigerant filled twice while traveling. I’m very disappointed with the experience I had at your dealership. I was initially given one price during the diagnostic phase, but then I kept receiving calls about unexpected additional charges for services that were never discussed upfront. It felt like every step added another surprise fee. What’s worse, repairs were started without my permission.
