I had to bring my car up due to not having a wheel lock key from prior purchase. Tanisha and Joe helped me to get the problem resolved super quick and easy! Tanisha knows what she’s doing and communicates fast and effectively between customers & the service team. Very pleased with the quick and friendly service!
This dealership service is the worst, I took my 2024 honda civic for a strange noise on the steering wheel rack, they made me wait 6 hours at the dealership just to tell me that the loud sound on the steering wheel rack was normal then I insisted that it wasn’t normal they double checked and then I was told that they would have to replace the part and that they have to order it and I will have to wait even more time, they’re advisors are so petty and incompetent, I’m very disappointed with this dealership.
It’s ridiculous how long they make you wait, I failed a final exam at my university. And I was waiting for almost 4 hours just for them to check my horn!
Johnathan was very friendly and extremely helpful with my many questions! He took the time to explain the needed repairs and my options. I also appreciated that the service center was able to get me in for a same day appt.
