They fixed a broken remote key rather than sell me a new one.
We reached out to Great Falls Honda to see if we can trade in our vehicle for a truck. Once we got there, we told Joe Maney exactly what we wanted and he made it happen for us. Within a few hours we were driving off with our loaded 2017 Dodge Ram with amazing miles. We will definitely be keeping our business with them for future vehicles. Great service all the way around.
Everyone at Great Falls Honda was a tremendous help. From Kameron, Joe and Shawn in the finance department. They helped my family out with options and seriously got us the best deal possible. They worked with our work schedules and even delivered the car to us. They were patient, knowledgeable, consistent, and I’m just truly glad we got this team. Brought in my Honda Pilot for an oil change and maintenance checkup. What nice people they have in the service department! Very friendly and professional.Told me what service was planned and would let me know if anything changed. They did all the maintenance checks, tire rotation and oil change. One service was not needed yet and another service was recommended which I had them complete. No surprises, great service and much less expensive than I expected. Great Falls Honda is truly the best! And I love my Pilot!
