I had a positive experience with the Escondido Honda dealership. I traded in my 2011 Subaru Forester for a 2025 Honda Accord. Needless to say, a lot of new technology has been developed in the new cars. The salesperson, Alberto, was an excellent and very patient teacher in explaining the new features. He preprogrammed the Accord to make my transition easier. I highly recommend this dealership.

Stella in service is a rockstar. I contacted Honda of Escondido from out of state, looking for help with a technical issue on our Honda. Stella and her team found the repairs they did on a local customer's car and provided me with the service bulletins for my local dealer.
Made me feel small when talking to them and make me bend over backwards to get my car ready for service that they could have done themselves.
