Disappointed. Sales team did not know / failed to inform the details of two of the dealer installed options. The details came as a surprise at closing. Received none of the follow-up that was promised other that an email suggesting I call if I couldn't give a ten on the manufacturer's satisfaction survey. Received a letter indicating my financing was not approved by the dealership - which was not requested and indicates the dealer performed an unauthorized credit check.
Cheyanne did a great job working with us, answering questions and promptly getting answers to questions she didn’t know. It was an enjoyable experience working with her. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a Honda. Thanks for a great experience. Clay S
All I can say is WOW!!! The team at this dealership is incredible and I'm so glad I decided to come here! They are attentive and will do everything to help you. Great experience, 10/10 would recommend!!
