I have leased and purchased 5 previous cars from Honda of Danbury Ct. I had them order me a 2023 accord I had the paperwork with my options of payment with different amounts down. They were aware I always choose the option of zero down. When the car finally came in they said oh wait those numbers were all with $6000 down. Meaning the paper that said 0,$2000 or $3000 was really 6,8or 9 thousand I have all paperwork and email to show proof absolutely disgusting bait and switch. The information provided by the customer is not accurate. The customer had a leased 2020 Honda Insight EX which had $6000 in positive equity at the time it was appraised. This money was to be used as the down payment money for the 2022 Accord 2.0T. So in reality the customer was not putting any money out of his own pocket. Do not go here!! Terrible service, employees who bad mouth their own employer (Danbury Fair Honda), and employees who badmouth Honda Corporation. The last time we were there (and that will be the last time!), the employee kept telling us to "Buy American"! They service too We own two honda cars and prefer to take it to the dealer to get it checked. They usually tell you what the problem is and don't add hidden costs. They take appointments and the job is finished ina timely manner.
Great dealer and service I chose this particular dealer (after much research) to purchase my Honda and to do all the maintenance and service. I travel a long distance to get there but the service is so worth the trip.
This dealership is extremely unprofessional. I was a loyal customer for roughly 10 years. Leased a car and purchased another once my lease was up. Also, I brought my cars there for all my services. Horrible dealership, bought a CRV was told I was given “wrong car”and they came to retrieve it a week after I bought it!!! The replacement came with 200 more miles on it and not in pristine condition like my orginal car. I demanded my original car back. Also, they never transferred my license plates at DMV, if I didn’t call DMV on my own to find this out...after I was driving around with a new car for 3 months, that it was unregistered even though I had paperwork that was never filed by dealership!
