Robert Wiles ensured a good experience at Honda Service. He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. He made sure we were qualified to receive a special offer. He deserves a raise or a promotion.
Thank you to Danielle for some great customer service. My fuel injectors and battery needed replacing and that's never cheap so this could have been stressful especially because they had to hold my car overnight after diagnosing the problem, but Danielle was very nice and got me a rental and ensured I was taken care of. Vehicle sounds and acts good and no more sensors popping up. Will be coming back when I need my oil changed.
Great experience as always. Jessica Poteet and her team always provide friendly service and quality work!
