2006 Honda Civic I went in to purchase to purchase a pre-owned vehicle to replace my previously owned Honda. Transaction had a couple of snags... I had to request the internet price on the vehicle. It wasn't offered to me UP front.(I had researched the vehicle). Contract incorrectly listing my previous mileage on my trade-in with the customer number not the actual mileage. We were pleasantly surprised at every step of the process & no hard sales pitch or pressure. Honda aims to please through the entire experience.
Great experience with Tony Tony Montana, he is fantastic. During the all deal process, he was very kind and tried to give all information. The car is ready for test drive when I arrived. He explained great feature the car has. He knew exactly what I wanted. He tried to meet my price expectation. Never complain about providing other optional information (downpayment, finance, etc.) what I requested. Definitely I will recommend him to my friends.
Honda Cars of Concord I bought a 2005 Honda Pilot from this Honda dealer 4 months ago and it was a great experience. I realIy liked that the salesman introduced himself, told me if I needed him where he would be and left me ALONE. I did not feel pressured at all. As good as it gets...Honda!! My husband and I purchased a Honda 1998 Civic from "Honda Cars of Concord" in April 1997. This was one of the best car buying experiences we ever had. No PUSHY salesman approached as we stepped out of our car. We were allowed time to look and discuss what we were interested in. When we were ready to talk we let our salesman know. Buying used? You'll thank me later! Please don't discredit this for your own good! I've disregarded negative reviews when the majority is positive, that's generally what I do. But PLEASE! If you are looking at getting a used car from these people, HEED MY WARNING! So initially we looked at a 2005 Ford Focus which was shown in inventory. Great salesman (Gerard) 100% recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a new car. Gerard did an outstanding job explaining the details of my transaction. He did not try and pressure me in anyway, and I donât have any buyerâs remorse because of it! Great Customer Service!!! My original intent for my visit to Honda of Concord was to get service on my current Honda Accord ( which I purchased from them in 2009).
