The service department at Honda of Concord, NC has failed me AGAIN! On Wednesday, August 20, 2024, I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and to check the tire pressure warning. I was assigned to an 18-year-old child, kindal F., as my service advisor. I was not told that I would be switched from the service advisor that I had been assigned to for years. Andi was great!! Not pushing, listened, and made it easy to drive off in the new Pilot!! Will definitely be back!!
We have 2 Accords. If it wasn’t for David Kennelly I would be going to others for service. David has always been attentive to our service needs. We never felt like customers but family. Honda for life!!
