The service department at Honda of Concord, NC has failed me AGAIN! On Wednesday, August 20, 2024, I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and to check the tire pressure warning. I was assigned to an 18-year-old child, kindal F., as my service advisor. I was not told that I would be switched from the service advisor that I had been assigned to for years. Amazing Experience I just leased a new Honda CR-V from Honda of Concord, from Tony Montana. I want to thank Tony and the entire staff for the ease of the transaction. I was able to get qualified online, solidify the deal over the phone, and simply pop in to complete the paperwork. Very helpful I bought a car from Honda Cars of Concord several years back. At the time, my funds were low and I was having a hard time getting the financing that I needed. The salesman at the Honda dealership stepped right up to help. Within 2 days I was in a nice used Honda and very happy. They were extremely helpful to me and I would recommend them for a used, or new car.
Hondas are the best! I recently purchased a CR-V from Honda Cars of Concord, and it was a pretty good experience. It was difficult to get a salesman to help us because they were very busy, but once we found someone, we were given adequate attention. Our salesperson took us for a test drive and gave us a lot of information about the vehicle. He was the least enjoyable part of the experience, but they have an awesome service department!
