When you look at it and drive it and agree to buy it the come back with a padded price including nitrogen in the tires which is already in them for $300 and a mandatory item called kahu - which turns out to be GPS tracking & safety subscription they are forcing you to buy. Rowan in finance will not offer you standard packages on the car sale. She will also bald faced lie to you about what some of the packages offer. We were told we had everything except the unscheduled maintenance, we don't. We were told we would have free loaners, which we don't have until manufacturers warranty runs out. She didn't offer us the oil change package and they arnt willing to go back and offer us the old package. The new package is almost 3x as much. ThursJanuary 12, I was contacted by a rep name of Mandy stated that she was responding to an app I submitted online asked was I interested She then proceeded to ask what kind of vehicle I was in the market for I stated an Infiniti FX. I was prepared to spend up to 675 a mth on a note I told her again that I was not interested in a new Volvo, Honda or Mazda.
