After a fill up at a gas station in Casper, our car wouldn't start. We were towed to Fremont Honda. With only two techs and a full schedule, they took pity on stranded Tennessee travelers and did a diagnostic test on our crv. Luckily our problem was just a battery and had one in stock. Thank you Fremont Honda, mechanics, and Laura who made this almost a painless experience. Excellent service

Everyone at Fremont Honda was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Friendly, no pressure, and very honest with their word. They followed through with everything they promised. Would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future.
Service department is awful. Stay away if you value your money. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. They over charge on work that your vehicle doesn’t need. Managers are terrible and will not listen to any complaint. Next time, I’ll take my while somewhere else. You should as well.
Could not rave enough about your employee Sam!! He was so helpful when it came to answering our MANY questions and got us into the perfect vehicle for our family! On top of just being amazing at his job in general, he stayed almost a whole hour after closing to make sure we got into our new car! We really could not thank him and the rest of the team enough!! If you are looking to get a new car Sam is definitely your guy and Fremont is the place! Thank you so much again Sam!!!!🥳
