Great service, and love our new Honda. We purchased our last Accord 20 years ago, and it served our transportation needs extremely well. We're looking forward to this same performance and reliability from our new Accord.
Service department is highly resistant to follow Honda defined maintenance standards documented and indicated on the car maintenance display. Based on two interactions here with my 2025 Honda, I cannot recommend this business as honest nor caring about customer satisfaction as they ignore and shortcut Honda documented service requirements.
