My wife scheduled and had our 2021 Honda Pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation 8/31/2024. After we got home from picking it up and parked it in the garage there was a puddle of oil underneath it. I found the drain plug was only hand tight and dripping. We have never had issues with Smart Honda and definitely be using them in the future.
