Just left and had a great experience getting a lug key and deciphering a door lock key issue. Highly recommend All Star Honda Parts Department!
More of a frat house than a dealership. The music was too loud and the sales team and management were playing basketball and being loud. Customers are definitely not there priority just pushing people to buy a car oit of their budget. Ended up going to Nissan and had great customer service.
Extremely poor communication between sales and sales management I told the salesman (more than once) I just wanted numbers on my trade-in because I was looking at a truck from their other location , salesman said I needed to give my social so they could just give me a appraisal, completely unaware they started a deal on a truck the salesman put me on a test drive that I didn’t even ask to go on and completely unaware they pulled my credit, whole time I was under the impression this was just to get numbers on my trade-in this... read more
