Took 4 1/2 hours for 4 new tires.
Overbooked service. New tires took 6.5 hours to mount, balance and align.
The service department charged me incorrectly for an oil change/tire rotation, I was unaware. A few days later they charged my card without my consent for $80. Will never be going back.
