I spent a day working with Travis getting a pre-owned vehicle and walked away happy. Sadly, the vehicle I purchased (pre-owned) had some issues on the drive home. I asked the dealership to honor their 200 mile guarantee and they went out of the way to help me and I walked away very happy. Thank you so much to Travis and the team at Honda Morristown for being so good to work with, I would highly recommend this dealership for their honest dealing with me and working through the issue I had until I was satisfied. 5 stars!
The service guy was very unprofessional. This was the second time that I have dealt with him, in the last couple of months. The first time was for a recall for my son’s 2019 Honda civic, right before Christmas. We ended up being charged $800 for servicing a recall, when all we wanted was a $200 battery. Nothing but good things to say. Called them to set up service appt and somehow they were able to work us in same day and car was finished sooner than expected, we were provided a rental car during that time as well. Matthew with service department made the whole experience pleasant and took a lot of stress off of us. When I got my car back its like I had a new ride. The folks at Morristown honda always do right by you!!

I bought my Honda yesterday and had the best sales consultant! If you’re in the market for a new or used car Romeo Lopez is your guy! Very professional and will try his best to get you the best deal. We were there all day but the place was booming so I’m not complaining. My only regret was not switching to the Honda family sooner.
