Simple .. Easy.. Made the phone call and literally made the deal over the phone with Gabe.. We made the hour and half drive down the vehicle was everything Gabe said it was and we took a test drive and confirmed.. My son brought his new to him pre-owned 2019 Tacoma home. Ryan was incredibly helpful when getting my car. I unexpectedly had to get a new one and he made the process easy. I have had bad experiences with previous cars and he addressed my concerns to find the perfect car. He stayed after hours to help as well. Our finance guy, Timmy, was great as well to accommodate my needs to be able to take home my car. Would recommend!
